Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take the time off from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. First, she warms up before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being lightweight day, and another heavier weight day.
