She is responsible for all of our processes for people, management of people, Talent Management, and Cultural Development. Annmarie, an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of expertise, has assisted leaders, their teams, and organisations improve their performance. This was especially true during periods of rapid transformation as well as business growth. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She has a passion for learning, and she views management and team building as her most valuable asset. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with demonstrated success. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embodied innovation in learning and adaptability to change. As Annmarie continues to invest her energy and time to support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organizations in her free time. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted the time and energy she has to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
